    Produced by Oh Snap! Productions, Transparency: The Fashion Exposé is more than a runway show — it’s an artistic narrative of the human experience.Through six powerful scenes, this fashion journey explores what it means to find — and love — oneself. From concealed facades to raw vulnerability and ultimate clarity, each moment invites guests to reflect on authenticity, exposure, and self-acceptance.Curated through intentional lighting, immersive soundscapes, and bold design, this event invites you to witness fashion as storytelling — where clothing becomes a mirror of our personal evolution.

    The Impact

    We’re donating 15% of show profits to Stitches by Hugo, a NYC-based nonprofit founded by Hugo Herrera, a Colombian immigrant. Since 2015, Hugo has provided free eight-week sewing workshops that teach students to design and create their own clothing. With 22 machines and a mission rooted in dignity and empowerment, the program helps expand opportunities for underserved communities through skill-building and creativity.

    The FAQs

    This is not your average fashion show. Expect bold designers, unapologetic style, fierce runway moments, and live performances that move the room. Transparency is where fashion meets realness.

    This is your runway too — and it’s NYFW. Come fashion-forward, creative, expressive—just be you. Cameras will be rolling and style watchers will be watching.

    The show begins exactly at 5:00 PM. Arrive between 4:00 and 4:45 PM to check in, grab a drink, and get seated. Doors will close at 4:45 PM sharp.

    The event will be held in the Gold Room at Astoria World Manor in Queens, NYC.

    The venue is located in Queens at Astoria World Manor at 25-22 Astoria Blvd, Queens, NY 11102. The venue is accessible by subway, bus, or car from all five boroughs, Westchester, and NJ.

    From NYC (Manhattan/Bronx/Brooklyn/Queens):

  • Take the N or W train to Astoria Blvd (3-min walk to the venue).
  • From the Bronx: Take the 6 to connect to the N/W at Lexington Ave/59th.
  • From Brooklyn: Use D/N/Q/R lines to transfer to N/W uptown.


    • From Westchester:
  • By Car: Drive via I-87 S to the Triboro/RFK Bridge, then exit toward Astoria Blvd. Approx. 30–45 minutes.
  • By Metro-North + Subway: Take the Metro-North Harlem Line to 125th Street (Harlem), then walk to the M60-SBS bus or take a short subway ride to connect to the N or W train toward Astoria Blvd


    • From NJ:
  • Take NJ Transit or PATH into Manhattan, then transfer to the N/W train at Lexington/59th
  • OR use a rideshare directly from NJ (roughly 45–60 mins depending on location).


    • Parking: Free parking available in the private lot next to Astoria World Manor.

    Yes! There is a private parking lot that is complimentary to all our guests.

    VIP tickets include reserved front-row seating and exclusive VIP swag bags. General Admission is first come, first served—so arrive early and claim your spot.

    Tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be available at the door.

    Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you’d like to pass your ticket to someone else, just email us and we’ll help you update the name.

    The show is open to all ages, but we recommend 16+ due to fashion-forward themes and artistic content, including lingerie/underwear modeling. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

    Yes! Water, non-alcoholic beverages, and complimentary alcoholic drinks will be served during happy hour from 4:00–5:00 PM. The bar will reopen during intermission.

    Yes! The Gold Room at Astoria World Manor is fully wheelchair accessible. Reach out in advance if you need any special accommodations—we’re happy to help.
